2016 year end Harrisburg PA housing stats
Prices are up once again in both counties
The number of homes sold continues to climb:
Maybe most significantly the days on market for homes that sold continues to decrease. There continues to be a lack of homes to buy in most price ranges. It is a Seller's market for homes priced anywhere near right.
